Merge Schools
| Do you have two schools that are the same school on your site? Sometimes this happens when you add a school like "Alabama" when they were already listed under "University of Alabama". There is an easy fix for this. From the main menu Admin Settings > Schools, click the Merge Two Schools link on the right hand panel. Look for the schools in the list in red at the bottom of the page. Use the links ("Set as School to Keep" OR "Set as School to Delete") beside the school names that you want to merge. This will set the Dropdowns at the top of the page. Once you have selected both the "Set as School to Keep" AND "Set as School to Delete" in the dropdowns at the top of the page, click the Merge Schools button to merge the schools. Note that this action can not be undone. A report will be shown of what items were updated and the list of schools will be updated as well. |
