The Verify Records page is a good way to ensure that your records for all sports and seasons have been imported properly and are correct after SIDHelp first sets up your site.

To verify your records, from the Admin Main menu: Admin Settings > Miscellaneous Options, then click the "Verify Records" link on the right hand panel.

You will see a list of seasons and the sports and records for that season listed.

If you see a record that is not correct, simply click on the sport next to the record and you will be taken to the schedule for that sport/season and can add, edit and delete events as need to make your record correct. If a season is locked, you can click the link next to it to unlock it and then edit the record as needed.

Once you have reviewed and corrected your records, we highly suggest that you lock the season. This is to prevent any acidental editing of the seasons.

To lock a season, you can use the link at the bottom of the verify records page, or go to Admin Settings > Seasons > and then edit the season that needs to be locked.
