Manage Recruiting

Admin Settings > Manage Recruiting

If you are using the standard SIDHelp recruitng forms (and not a third party recruiting site such as Front Rush), you can see a list of all of the users that have filled out a recruiting form. You can see the name (and send an email to them if you click the name), which sports they signed up for, the date they completed the form and all the form data that they filled in when completing the form (if you click on the Details link).

Using the panel on the right side, you can also edit the Recruiting Intro message which is shown at the top of the recruting page or the Thank You Message that is shown after they complete a recruting form.

To get a good idea of how the recruiting forms work, who is assigned to recieve recruitng information via email, and other recruiting options, please reference the Recruitng Information box at the top of the Manage Recruiting page.

If you have a sport that use a separate 3rd party recruiting link, and other sports continue to use the standard SIDHelp recruiting link.

Just go to Admin > Content Management > Manage menus. Then select the sport from the dropdown and you will see that individual sport menu.
Find the Recruiting link in the table listing and then click the red link on the right side of it that says "Hide on Website". This will remove it from that sports menu on that sport specific pages.

Then if you want to add a link to this sport specific menu. You can add them to the sports menu using the panel on the right (Put their link in the URL: and check the "New Window" option).

When you hide the recruting link in the sport specfic menu, it also removes the checkbox for that sport on the main recruiting page. You may also want to edit the Recruiting Intro text so that users will have a link to click on. Edit the recruiting intro page and then in the text editor, add a link to the 3rd party recruiting form and make sure you use "New Window" option (when adding the link, in the popup window, click the "Target" tab, and then change the dropdown value to "New window (_blank)" ).
