Admin Settings > Misc. Options > Pre-Season Polls

You can manage the preseason polls that are displayed on your site using this option. By default none of the sports are shown on the site, but you can click the Add link beside them to show them on your site. If needed, you can Edit the "Points" and "First Place Votes".
