On the Content Management > Manage Staff page use the link on the right-hand side (Change Sport Display Name).

You can change the way your sports are displayed on the Staff listing page. For instance, if your Indoor and Outdoor track coach is the same person, you can edit the name of the Indoor to be "Indoor and Outdoor", and then just hide the Outdoor track coach on the staff page. This is a better approach to having just one sport that is named "Indoor and Outdoor Track" because most conferences and associations consider these two different sports.
